Diagnostic Sleep

Very bad experience. She called to reschedule me to a later time then made it sound like it was kind of whenever you showed up. I called her and asked if it would be ok if I came 20 minutes later and she said «sureee no problem». I arrived and could not find her to let me in for approx 6 minutes. When I got in she told me she had to reschedule me because I was late and another person was coming in an hour and a half who «really wanted their appointment». It had take me 2 weeks to work with my job on this to get this appointment. This is all without mentioning that she informed a coworker of mine about my appointment because she assumed that I had told her since I mentioned that my coworker had also been to her… HIPPA violation anyone? Very unprofessional. Nice facility is the only good thing I have to say about this. Skip this one go to Sierra Vista or Tucson. By the way the paperwork I was late because I was filling out the paperwork that included a part about if you were 45 minutes or later without calling they would reschedule you. This is the required paperwork I had to bring to the appointment that did not arrive in the mail until the day of the appointment. The paperwork I had to fill out after work before my appointment that made me a little late. Get it together Diagnostic Sleep! If you can’t handle you business sell it or hire some help!
