The owner here is oriental and has terrible customer service as well as all her employees. She lied to me and said she would make a pizza with a certain amount of toppings and when I got the pizza it didn’t have but a couple of them. I called them and spoke to the owner and she said she couldn’t give me all the toppings or she would go out if business, she then said she didn’t have time to speak to me and hung up. Terribly rude and false advertising, DONOTEATHERE!

WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICEEVER by a business owner! Too bad this one experience ruined it for me because their food is normally very good. I ordered a pizza while back and it was delivered an hour and a half later cold, soggy and basically unedible. I totally understand that mistakes and errors happen. And I’m glad to give second chances. So I called the restaurant and spoke with Stephanie and she apologized and told me that they were short delivery drivers and they would not be able to redeliver a pizza, but that they would give me $ 10 off my next order and that she would tell the owner. So the other night I went in to order another pizza and told the person about the situation. She was the owners wife and looked up my address and saw my info and said that Stephanie had relayed that information to her but that she could not honor $ 10 off, even though Stephanie had told her that she told me that. She said that she could only offer me 20% off my new order, that the system would not allow her to do $ 10 off. She also stated that her husband, the owner watches to make sure no extra discounts are given. I told her that was not my issue, that I was told I would get $ 10 off my order and she confirmed that by telling me that the employee told her that. I continue to tell her that that was false advertisement and fraud. I told her that if she was the owner then she could do whatever she wanted to make the situation right. She repeatedly argued with me telling me that she could not and that she could only give me 20%. I was not satisfied with that as I had a pizza that I could not eat before. Most business owners would want to rectify the situation. I should have been delivered a pizza immediately, but I was not at the time of the first mistake. I continued to try to get my point across, but she refused to budge. I told her that I would not let this go and that I would contact the BBB and make sure that everyone knew of the situation. She did not seem to care. They also own the BP gas station connected to the restaurant too. Needless to say I will not be patronizing either of those locations either. So long Papas Pizza and Sub’s, I will stick with Papa John’s next time.
