Customer service is poor. Look for another place to ho. Do not use easy tech at this store. I had to go to store to find out what status was. Needs major improvement!

If you ever have to ship anything, DONOTSHIPTHROUGHSTAPLES. Go directly to the shipper… the employees have no common sense training regarding how to handle shipping problems and between Staples at the store level and Corporate, it is impossible… they point to each other as the decision makers. Essentially, it ships under their account… so it becomes their package… and making any changes or dealing with issues is well beyond any ability of the people staffed in the store or at the corporate level. You’d be better off driving your package to the destination.
