Walmart Supercenter

Do not I repeat do NOT go to the Walmart Auto Center. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, not only did we wait 2 ½ hours. But they denied our tire rotation. And left oil all over my car. Do not go here they are very rude and do not care about customer service. I will no longer be taking my car here and I suggest you do the same thing.

Very disorganized and the assistants are slow to solve your problems. I bought a few things for my house and a few things had the wrong price (the store is really disorganized) and I wanted to return right away. I paid half of the bill with gift cards and the other half with money. They have a policy that if you pay with gift card, you only get your money back on a gift card (so they can keep the money in store… Greedy bastards!) I said that I wanted money, since I paid with money too. They said they could not do it… 45 minutes later, and I’m still here waiting… Afffh

This store was disgusting. Dirty. You can clearly see that the shelves needed stocking. Most were empty. No one around to help find things. I will avoid this store in the future.

I visited this Walmart on Sunday, September 7 2013 after 7pm. It is terribly filthy in the entrance. It smelled of stale urine and alcohol. Will not be back to this Walmart.

What can a person say about Walmart. The prices are always good, the store a bit unorganized but on their behalf, it is always full of customers. This not to say that if I had another option I wouldn’t take it. Basically besides the Dollar Store and Dollar General, there is no other place to go. Customer service wise, the are beyond a ZERO! Every once in a great while you will get an adequate, not good or great, but adequate customer service person. What Walmart gain by great pricing, the totally loose in customer service. I think they know this because no matter how bad it is, people still go. I am just as much faulty of that too. I have no other alternative. It just would be nice if the customer service was as good as their prices.

A friend wanted to pick up a bathing suit and we felt like a lil drive from the Paw Paw area. The store was easy to get around. She found one that worked. I found a cold drink, the cashier was nice, my drink rang up for like 50c which was hilariously awesome. Good times.
If you are bored and seek amusement, the big box stores always provide, via aimless wandering and people watching. Oh my.

This store has EVERYTHING! I know they had a reputation in the past for being unorganized and dirty, but they store has been completely renovated recently and has really improved their image. Everything seems better organized and is more shopper friendly.
