Applebee’s

Waiter was unattentive. Food was cold. Had to ask for drink refill and silverware. Very disappointed.

If you order online and still give them plenty of time such as an hour be prepared to wait. I wanted to add another item to my order in other words I was going to spend more money when I got there but I couldn’t get anyone to take my order. I got my food 30 minutes late which was an 1.5 hours after I ordered it online and let them know when I would pick it up. Also they never come out to the car for carside orders.

Went here last week after my husband convinced me it was the quickest option by the theater. The food was great. So, we went back tonight. The food was bad… and so was the service. Our server took our order. She eventually got our drinks to us some time later. Forgot the straws which she said she would bring back. We saw her again when she brought the ticket. Someone else brought the food. Over half way through the meal we flagged down someone to give us silverware. The wanton tacos would have been really good but they must have been out of the slaw bc they gave us dry cabbage. (Not good.) The nacho app was nasty… and soggy which made it even worse. The Kobe meatballs had a texture I can only describe as frozen with more bread than meat. The only thing this time that was good happened to be the pretzels. The drinks would have been good… but we never got a refill or an offer for one.

Went in for brunch right when they opened. Service was good! Food awesome! We had the classic burger was super juicy had great flavor & the price wasn’t bad. Probably will stop by again if in the area.

Favorite place to grab a drink and staff is pretty great. If Steven or Tyler is behind the bar order a lunch box. It’s a chain so everything good wise is what you’d expect. Really what makes this place a decent choice is the staff.

The food was fair to middlin’, but we were really hungry. The real gem was our server, Haley! She was a totally good sport and has a great sense of humor. Additionally, we got our food in a timely manner, with no mistakes and served with lots of charm. She gets five stars herself!

We are regulars at Applebee restaurants, because we love the Fiesta Chicken Salad. The dressing is usually wonderful, but their dressing here was almost pure vinegar and the salads were drenched in it. The portion size has literally been cut in half and still cost $ 10. We asked the waitress about it and she said that they have a new general manager and he had cut the portions!!! She asked if we wanted to speak to him and we said yes. She came back and said that she couldn’t find him, but there was someone else coming over. Don’t go here until the management is changed!!!

My family and I ate at the Benton Applebee’s recently and found it substandard in all regards. An order of their new mac and cheese dish came without the bacon it was supposed to include, so the waiter brought us some bacon bits to put on it. That meal look nothing like what was pictured on the menu, with three tiny pieces of chicken, each hardly a biteful. An order of their new nachos had almost nothing but chips in it, with just a couple tablespoons of cheese on top at the most, and a few bits of lettuce and tomato – again nothing like what was pictured on the menu. The server also didn’t do well. He repeatedly said he’d bring more drinks to the table, and took 15 – 20 minutes and several reminders to do so. He also never refilled the supposedly neverending chips and salsa we got, despite us asking several times. He did, however, remove those from our bill when asked. All in all, a bad experience – again. Wont’ go back to this place in the future, despite liking most of the food on their menu, including their delicious riblets.

At Applebees now. ordered wine, brought in a beer glass​.lol​.no wines glasses available. Ordered oriental asian salad, was brought a bowel of lettuce and chicken. When asked for the rest of the ingrideance the waitress stated they did not have them.
Place was almost empty. That should have told us something.

All applebees are shitty frozen food… go to a real restaurant and eat fresh or somewhat fresh food at least, i have found ice crystals in many different dishes at many different locations,

The cowboy burger was ok i wasn’t impressed by the huge chunk of onion and measly slice of tomato and white thick lettuce. All they have is regular fries til 8÷18÷14 then theyll have bbq fries. They let me try the bbq fries and i was dissapointed in the lack of flavor. The mozzerella sticks had a slight twangy taste and the marinara was cold and had a strange taste to it. The service was good but would stand a little too close for comfort bumping into my leg.
