Assurance Professional Home Inspection

I emailed Assurance requesting an inspection and within a couple of hours Jenny called to set up an appointment for a couple of days later. She was very courteous and professional. She sent me an inspection agreement I signed via e-​mail.
Josh went to the property a few hours before I arrived and completed the inspection; I showed up when he finished to go over the necessary repairs. He clearly walked me through all of big issues and made sure to thoroughly explain everything. The next day he sent me the complete detailed inspection report with photographs. I couldn’t have been more pleased with Assurance. There is no doubt the inspection has saved me thousands. If I need a home inspection in the future I will certainly use Assurance again.
