I am not a true fast food person, however this is what my Mom wanted for lunch on her birthday. I was first let down of the customer service, the cleanliness of the establishment and the management apparently was not on their job because the store had ran out of sodas condiments and supplies. I’m not sure if my mother enjoyed her food but the service and store were horrendous!

Seems clean enough but it always slow and the food is sub par from other DQ’s. Did I mention how slow they are???

The food is good-​if they have any. Always running out of something-​burger patties, chicken strips, onion rings. Fortunately, Sonic is a block away and they have better ice cream too.

Ordered food. 10 minutes later, they come out and tell us they have no more chicken strips. Other customers were complaining about it taking too long for their food to be cooked. Will not return to this place.

Please have employees to serve… ran our debit cards kept telling us its declining… after two of us know we were paid … after several attempts it was their machines connection … it actually costed one of our debit cards to lock up as if it was stolen. not a way to run any food place
