Great burger!!! They said its the best in the state and it did not disappoint. Great taste, good quality meat, and the bologna topped it off perfectly

Ok, rating this for the burger. There is something to be said for whoever came up with the idea to put fried bologna on a burger, never seen this anywhere else. Grilled onions were done perfect as well. Enjoyed all of the other fried items we tried as well, the green beans, mushrooms, okra (Wow, do I love fried okra, wish this was something that I could find easily in Michigan).
Beer selection and liquor selection is what you would expect for an out of the way bar that has been there forever. There will be no Pappy flights and no tapping of a Founder’s keg there.
But that is not the point, get the burger with the fried bologna and order yourself a Bud drink while you are doing it.

No nonsense dive bar with great, cheap food. 12 wings only $ 4.50 on Wednesdays and the «best burger in Missouri» according to USAToday is only $ 4.25 complete with bologna and grilled onions. If you live close to here you should have already been here. Have a salad before you get here the menu is light on veggies, unless they are fried.

coolest bar in the world! all my out of town friends beg me to take them there. oldest liquor license in the state and it shows. its the quintessential small town heartland tavern. plus, they were voted best burger in missouri!(half pounder with fried bologna and grilled onions, wow)!
