Best Collision

I had a minor fender bender recently. The insurance company paying for thr repair told me to go here. What a mistake and joke. I stopped by after work on friday. Around 4:50pm. A guy came out and told me he turned the computers off and i need to come back monday at 8:00. I arrived monday at 8 and had to wait 10 minutes for the guy to arrive to work that prepaired visual claims. He did a quick inspection and handed me a quick write up and told me to come back when insurance approves it. I called imsurance and they said they needed photos from the claim quote to approve. Insurnace company called them numerous times over 2 weeks requesting for them to fax or email the photos to get the claim approved. After 4 weeks of chasing these unresponsive clowns, we took the claim to a competitor in town who wanted the business. Never once did i feel like they wanted to help me because this was an insurance claim. Im glad they didnt actually work on my car!

They are so easy to work with & did a great job repairing my car! Definitely recommend!!!
