Heavenly Salon and Day Spa

I wanted a pedicure and chose them because i thought it might be a better experience than a walk in place. The lady that was supposed to do my pedicure walked out to go on an errand right after i got there for about 30 minutes. The receptionist didn’t bother to tell her that her appt. was sitting there waiting on her and i, of course, didn’t know who it was that was walking out in front of me. i finally got up and asked the receptionist why i was having to wait so long and she then acted surprised and called the lady who said she would come right back to do my pedicure.
While i was waiting, i watched 2 ladies simply trying to check out and they had spent alot of money. The check out process took them at least 15 minutes. i had never seen anything like it.
When the lady came back, she apologized and then proceeded to do my pedicure. I told her the length i would like my toenails and she then cut them short and one was completely at a slant. She charged me full price and said she hoped i would come back. I definitely will not be doing that. I will say that this happened over a year ago so maybe they have made some changes.
