I can only offer the perspective of a patient getting a general check-up, but my experience with that was great! I made my appointment about three days prior, and at that time they didn’t have any availability until December, so I scheduled my check-up for that time. But, they called me the next day and were able to take me in the afternoon of the following day, so I was certainly pleased that they called me and gave me the option to come in sooner. When I arrived at the office for my appointment, the parking lot was pretty crowded, but I still got a front row spot(sweet!). When you walk in, the lobby is modern with a couch, a couple of chairs, and a TV. The receptionist greeted me when I came in and gave me some papers to sign. What they do offer their new patients is the ability to do your paperwork ahead of time through their website. So that was a huge convenience and certainly a plus for someone who has a busy lifestyle. So I signed my papers and was told that I’d being seeing Mel, and that she’d be with me shortly. I waited a little less than ten minutes and I was called to the back. Their rooms are traditional, with the dentist chair, X-ray equipment and long countertops. They also have a TV for you to watch. Mel was really nice, she had a very comfortable personality and she was very professional as well. She started out with doing X-rays on me, and we all know that those are never fun. The cool thing about their systems are that they’re all digital, so you don’t have to wait for your X-rays to be processed to see them– here you see them right away on the computer screen next to you. In regards to the cleaning, Mel did a great job and my teeth felt clean and well polished when she was done– and no cavities found either. Winning! For Dr. Kimbrough, his visit to me was very brief. He introduced himself and did some peaking at my teeth and that was pretty much it. He gave me a clean bill of health and I was on my way. I’m sure some people would like a longer visit from their dentist, but I’m fine with just a glance and a ‘see ya next time’ type of visit. My overall experience for my check-up was a great one.

Peggy in billing appears to be very accommodating. She persuaded me to pay in installments(even though I had enough to pay up front). CLEARLY a mistake!!! I received service in September and checked my credit report in January. On it was a charge from NCC Recovery. I saw their contact information was from Arkansas. I called to pay the full amount of the bill in exchange for the deletion of the mark on my credit report. After I offered to pay the debt in FULL, the woman, Jenny, refused. I called Kimbrough’s office for months to speak to «Peggy» and she never once returned my calls. The collection agency attempted to bring me to court– adding $ 100+ in attorney fees in addition to the debt owed. Thanks to the horrid business practices of this establishments I will NEVER relinquish my SS# again!!!
