I only give Landers Service (both Ford and Dodge) a 1 star because there isn’t a negative rating available. I am sure that their dictionary is missing the definition for both customer service and communication. If your vehicle needs service run away from this place fast! They over charge, don’t complete the work at the promised time and best of all they don’t even repair it correctly. They hold your vehicle hostage for multiple days and of course don’t call to provide updates. I am not confident that they haven’t done something purposely because I complained to the manager. This is my second unfortunate experience in as many trys. What is the saying, first time, shame on you, second time, shame on me. Trust me there won’t be a third time even if they were the last damn standing service location. Run, run away, far away from this place. I wouldn’t EVEN consider buying a vehicle from them. Poor customer service!
