Simmons Suites

Simmons Suites was easily located off I-​49. The parking was simple, the atrium was welcoming. The woman who greeted us was friendly and helpful. We looked forward to the room and the experience at that point, but within an hour we had second thoughts.
The room, on the surface, was acceptable in appearance. At first blush, it appeared clean and comfortably appointed. On deeper inspection we discovered signs of serious wear… spots on the floor, dirty dishes, etc. We became deeply disappointed when it came time to go to sleep. The bed was horribly uncomfortable, and we KNOW uncomfortable. After spending the past 90 days sleeping on Army cots during a house remodel, I found the cot more appealing than the bed!
During the night, we were so uncomfortable, that my partner moved to the 2^nd bed. We slept approximately two hours and we were wrecked for our presentation the next day.
The final tipping point was at the end of a long day. We returned to the room with carry out and we were simply looking forward to a relaxed dining experience. Our hope was to wind down and embrace our exhaustion. As I was setting up the table, I gently attempted to pull it toward the center of the room so we could dine away from the wall. All 4 legs on the table nearly collapsed at the same time! It was terrible. In a fit of disgust, I pulled out the ironing board and we utilized it as a table.
My hope is that Simmons is on the edge of a much needed furniture upgrade for all rooms. We will not return!

We found great deal for 3 rooms on
and we’re very happy it was a nice clean modern room with pool and jacuzzi. Also free breakfast in the morning. !! Front desk was very nice and accommodating. Beds were big enough for our family, flat screen TV lots of storage space, and a little kitchen ;) very happy

The room itself was nice and clean. The problem was that A: we stayed here because it was pet friendly– and the door to go out to walk our dog didn’t actually unlock with anyone’s keys. So we had to walk around the whole building every time we had to walk him. And B: We stayed here because we needed a place to sleep for a night, right? Well, sleep would have been swell. Hotel staff was up bright and early practically screaming back and forth to each other from room to room for a couple of hours. I believe it was housekeeping and someone else. It was really unprofessional– and not work related btw. Just yelling chit chat while guests were sleeping. I’m really annoyed that we spent money to stay here.

I come here for business quite a bit but usually stay at the Embassy Suites — for whatever reason Embassy and the surrounding Hilton hotels were all booked up so with a short time to find a hotel I trusted Unilocal to guide me to Simmons Suites.
What. A. Surprise!
The hotel is fairly new (built back in 2007 I believe) — it’s off the main strip of hotels but still well within driving distance of most things. No, it isn’t going to be fancy and there isn’t any full service restaurant but it is very reasonably priced and has been kept up really well. There’s free wi-​fi, complimentary bottles of water in the room, a gym, and the rooms themselves are super. Actually, the room itself is what surprised me the most — super spacious, new, very clean bathrooms, a kitchenette filled with all the necessary kitchenware, a full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, sink, etc. It’s just missing a stove otherwise I would have had a mini apartment. Plus, the beds were giant and quite comfy.
Suffices to say I will be back!

Boy did we pick the right place to stay. It came first as a recommendation from friends. Nice, clean, comfortable, reasonably priced, with a friendly staff. But they went the extra mile. When I got sick that night and needed paramedics, they responded instantly to do what they could until the EMTs arrived. They provided my husband, who has mobility issues, with hotel contact info and the name of a limo service to bring him back to the hotel after we went in the ambulance to the hospital. The limo people were very prompt (at 3 a.m.) and reasonably priced as well. The next day, the staff looked after my husband and allowed us a late check out after I was released from the hospital. It could have been so much more stressful for us, so we are grateful for all the management and staff did to alleviate a bad situation.

Nice hotel for the price. Jenn, the bartender is friendly and great. WiFi is not good at all. If you need dependable WiFi for business, don’t stay here.

Great prices and huge modern suite with stainless steel appliances. Really good value, although note this is not on the main drag of Bentonville hotels but off the highway.

Stayed for 2 nights. Rooms very clean and large, comfortable beds, staff friendly. I didn’t try the free breakfast but I know they have one. The rooms have fridges with ice makers, and microwaves which makes heating the odd thing quite handy. The only slight whinge I have is that for whatever reason, internet is slow on iphone and ipad. NO issues on internet for computer, but could barely get the iPad to find the network. But good, basic hotel with no issues.

Nice stay, large comfortable rooms. Noisy refrigerator so I unplugged at 2:30am.
Great breakfast… free.

Outstanding help rooms are amazing and location and $$$ good value.

Stayed here for a wedding on July 4 weekend. Very nice location off the main drag, but out near the church the wedding was at and easily accessible.
This is an all no smoking joint with nice rooms with King size beds or two queens. Our first room was in back, but we asked to be moved because the locals were shooting fireworks. We were accomodated. The rooms also had a kitchen area with a full size fridge and microwave.
The rooms are quiet and seem to have good insulation. Climate control for each room is good too.
They advertise a full breakfast. What that means is grits, some kind of sausage and the usual cold stuff. Not a high point.
They have an indoor pool and a luke warm hot tub, popular with families. There were alot of families in for several weddings.
We noticed that every good looking white girl was there with a black guy; you don’t see that up North. No wonder Obama can’t get any white male votes in the South.
