Walls dirty, floor dirty, disgusting comforters that are never changed between guests that’s all there is folks and not to mention there is nothing within walking distance. My first room I noticed there were a ton of flys in it took me a few minutes to realize it was because my window didn’t close all the way. Yes it was broken. So they politely changed my room for me. New room every thing worked they way it should but nevertheless there was the dirty walls, carpet and the lovely comforters again. :(

Pros: close to airport (but nothing else), friendly staff. Cons: dated room, frayed carpet, nonworking clock, paper-​thin sheets, old-​school TV with few channels, airport noise.

Not bad. We stayed in the suite because I used my reward points. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent. Free wifi. The hottub was broken but they fixed it. The indoor pool seemed like it needed treatment. Our room was nice and pretty clean, although the bathroom smelled very odd and musty; and the jets in the jacuzzi tub needed to seriously be cleaned and sanitized. I actually bought a jug of bleach and ran it through the jets with hot water before I even thought about taking a bath. I needed to wash my daughters blanket but their guest washer was broken. I asked the front desk if they could do it in their washer and dryer and they kindly obliged. They even brought it back up to my room when it was finished drying. I saw a roach on the lamp the morning we were leaving. That was the only time I saw a bug so idk if it is a problem or just a fluke. They seemed a bit understaffed, but all in all the stay was pretty good … I would stay here again.

Well first let me try to think of a few good things to say about this hotel:
— Decent free breakfast
— Small shop to purchase chips, soda, toiletries, etc.
Let’s see… yup, that just about wraps up all the good things I have to say about this place. Now for the bad:
— You’re literally in the middle of nowhere with no food, no recreation, no bars, no nothing. And the hotel can will not take you anywhere but the airport.
— Rooms are severely dated with an old 27″ CRT TV that the colors were all washed out on, an old comforter that looked like it was from the 70’s and dated appliances.
— «high speed» WiFi was anything but high speed. If I could get a signal (which was only in specific parts of the room) it was slow. A speedtest yielded a result of a whopping .8 Mbps. Yes folks, around here we consider what is essentially a 14.4 modem from 1996 «high speed».
I’d also like to give a special shout out to the particularly terrible staff here, specifically the general manager Ms. Charity Law. I had called the front desk in the morning to arrange a van to the airport and was told the van left every 20 minutes. However, when we arrived for our van there was no one to be found. After Ms. Law finished her smoke break standing right outside the main door and texting on her phone I asked when the shuttle was leaving. I’ll spare you the details, but let’s just say she proceeded to argue with me for 5 minutes about how it was my fault I didn’t reserve the shuttle, even though I was told otherwise by the front desk.
Hopefully I never have to stay at this isolated, dated, and unfriendly hotel ever again. I travel a LOT and it’s not often I have such a terrible experience at a hotel.
Take it from me, avoid this place at all costs.

Overall clean place. Shower still had hair on the floor. Heat was hard to regulate in room. Old tube style tv. Picture on TV was terrible. Wifi was slow but at least it worked. Room looked nice needs updated bed cover.

Wireless was so slow, the reception and image on tube TV was terrible. Who still uses bedspreads circa 1990? Not great for a business traveler, but people were nice.

In the middle of The farms, but the staff is friendly

Good:
— Internet (wireless/​wired) is free and DSL+ fast.
— Bed and pillows were very comfortable.
— The place is quiet, yet a 2-​min. drive from the airport.
— Hotel staff was very nice and positive-​minded.
— The pool was better than I would have expected for the price I paid.
— Speaking of the price, I would have paid double!
— Not far from downtown Bentonville via Rte. 12… about 10 min.
Bad:
— I can usually complain, and I have zero complaints.
Closest gas station to the hotel and the airport is «Kum & Go». It has E85 at a discount to regular gas, if you need it.
