Just submitted to BBB of Cleveland: «I used the services of this company the end of July of 2012. It was a move out cleaning from a rented apartment. We had pets so I was looking for pet treatment. As the company advertise it on their website I was told by the service provider prior the services that they eliminate stains and odors not just masking it. I’ve paid after the service was provided and give our keys back to the landlord on the next day. The carpet looked and smelled good when I did the walkthrough with the landlord. Anyway the landlord sent a letter just recently that we are being charged with the replacement of the entire carpet because it smelled bad. We wanted to solve this problem with the landlord so I called Crafts Carpet Cleaners and asking if he could provide the information of the solution and the treatment in writing. The gentleman who actually provided the services was absolutely non cooperative, used vulgar expressions against me and threatening that he would actually go to the court and testifies against me as a witness on the landlord side. I concluded that because he knew that we would not stay in the apartment he did not use the pet treatment but charged me with it. It is inappropriate and violates our consumer rights. Every other carpet cleaner companies inform the costumers about their chemicals, solutions, methods etc except this company. When I tried to obtain my rights I was responded by intimidating. I only requested a written guarantee for the job was done and invoiced and paid. Full description of the paid services also was denied in disrespectful manner. Using obscene words and making personal comments toward me as a costumer was his response.»
