Let start by saying that alcohol is not served here. Once I got passed that the food was typical American Mexican food with large portion sizes & the flavor was okay. It seemed cheap at first glance however, once we got the bill I was a bit surprised, but that’s on me the menu has prices for a reason. I guess we chose pricier than average meals. I am a bit spoiled I guess with my local Mexican joint, but the staff here seemed a bit uptight & not very friendly.

The food was great and the amount they give you is a lot. It is not the cheapest but it is delicious.

Just another Mexican Restaurant. Nothing out of the ordinary, but nothing disappointing whatsoever. A more expensive Mexican option in Berea, but definitely great quality and quantity of food. Well-known for its salsa and fajitas.

Rather your typical place for Mexican in the States. Nothing to comment about, but better than some other options in Berea, KY.

We absolutely LOVED the carnitas, both as a main dish and in the tacos. If we lived near Mariachi’s, we would return regularly for this dish. Amazing! The chorizo tacos were also wonderful. The only thing we didn’t enjoy much was the beef enchilada verdes. It would have been much better without the cheese sauce heaped on top. The service was great. Hoping we pass through Berea again so we can get the carnitas.

Went on a Monday afternoon, late, like 200. There were only 3 tables seated. Even then, Service was slow, and our waitress was mediocre at best. The food was good, not great. Prices were average. Booth seats were falling apart, as I said only 3 tables seated and my husband sat on a torn booth and mine had a broken spring in it.

We decided to go after reading the reviews on a cross country trip. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. We had a party of 7, and the food was mediocre at best. Servers seemed like they were having a bad day, and were on the unfriendly side. My combo plate was ordinary, the other dishes around the table were ample, but none of us opted for a doggy bag. The Mexican restaurants in mexicantown, Detroit have set a really high standard for us, and this is one place that didn’t come close to any of our hometown haunts.

Very clean! Great fajitas! $ 30.54 for fajitas for 2 and two teas and we had to take half home. Very good!

The waitstaff is very nice, and the restaurant is very spacey and vibrant. The chips and salsa served before the meal are DELICIOUS. It tastes very fresh and homemade. I went there for a lunch, and ordered the make your own combination. You can either have the choice of two or three items with rice and beans. I chose the enchilada and chalupa for my two items. It’s a big meal, so be prepared to order with an empty stomach. I also tried one of their desserts, the flan. It is a very sweet, jello like cake. Definitely for anyone with a sweet tooth!

I have a lot of co-workers who love this place and will rave about it. Personally, its average at best to me. Cons: — Food just isn’t that good to me. I have friends who LOVE their food but I’ve def had better. –The servers are extremely nice but when they mess up on your order they suddenly can’t understand you. Pros: — — Friendly atmosphere — Nice prices — Fast with your food.

My favorite Mexican restaurant in Madison County. Lots of room and very bright and clean inside. The food is always fresh and good. Generous portions. Very nice staff. Been eating there for years and haven’t had a bad meal yet.

Man. what can I say about this restaurant? Oh right… ITWASAWESOME! Like other Mexican restaurants I have been at in the past, it fit everything that I knew growing up. Free all-you-can-eat chips with salsa, while waiting for entrees. The entrees were definitely generous and well priced. The side, particularly, the jalapeño poppers were comparative to the ones that I grew up around. The actual ones, I remember, were from Dominoes, way back in the 90s. Instilled nostalgia instantly. The fiesta salad was delectable and filling. Perfect portion. YUM!

Mariachis is one of my favorite restaurants in Berea. It’s your typical Americanized Mexican Restaurant so don’t expect something different. I usually get the Pollo Hawaiano. Great dish with chicken, pineapple, onions, and cheese sauce… tasty! The staff here is very friendly, and do a great job of making you feel welcome. I recommend it!

Went for dinner with my family here. Not a bad word to say about any of this dining experience. The establishment is clean. The service was fast and friendly. The food was good. I ordered the combinaition and I’d say the tamale I ordered was one of the better I’ve eaten. Give the place a try if your looking for good Mexican food.
