I’ve been training here for a couple of years, and it’s a good local gym. It’s not as «hardcore» as I might like, and doesn’t have all the equipment that I’d want, but it’s got a great atmosphere, a conscientious owner, and it’s compulsively clean(having caught a staph infection on my skin at one gym, I’m careful about that.) It’s a fun place to train, and when you get on a regular schedule, you’ll find a group of folks coming around the same time who will happily include you in if you want to work with them. The owner will take extra time helping young student athletes learn to train right.
