The workers did not seem friendly at all at least at the time I went. They could use some manners. The latte tasted like pour milk. It was like they didn’t put any expresso shot in it. I definitely recommend going to a different dunkin donuts.

The only reason I ever stop here is to grab coffee and breakfast when I’m in a rush, and this location happens to be the closest to my house. The staff is unfriendly and their food rarely tastes fresh. The parking lot is also often packed in the morning and early afternoon.

I always seem to end up at this dunkin donuts every time I visit Bergenfield. This location is conveniently next to a bus stop. The hot chocolate really hits the spot on a cold day. Pair it with a fresh donut and prepare yourself for a sugar high! Glad to know this is a 24⁄7 location. On more than one occasion, this has become the final stop on the way home after a night out. I’ll be back on my next visit to town!

Even though this location is open 24 hours, the donuts here suck. I don’t know how you can mess up a recipe that is the same everywhere but the donuts just taste bad, mix that in with the über stale taste and these donuts are close runnerups to just being God awful. It’s only shining light is that it’s open 24 hours and the service is decent. The staff does it’s best and they are always very hospitable.

Problem with this location? it’s packed. Always packed!!! There is always a ridiculous line here for some reason.
I do love that it’s open 24 hours.
And everything else is decent. The food is what you come to expect — same with the coffee.
But I don’t understand why they are so slow here. The line never feels like it moves and there is always a line. There are better DD’s elsewhere.

This place is such garbage idk how people still come here. The workers are rude, slow, and disrespectful. The only reason this place is still open is 2 reasons 1 being that it’s Asian run n Asians live all over here and 2 it’s a franchise name (Dunkin donuts) so people will go and wait here 25 min for a coffee when there’s 2 people on line. I feel bad because a small mom and pop shop would get ridiculed over this kind of behavior. It’s a damn shame

This like many other dunking doughnuts I have been to is always clean and friendly. They have literally the best coffee for the best price. Depending when you go you may have to wait in line but, that isn’t a surprise. Try and come at odd times if you want to be in and out quickly. Try their new dark brew as well because you really cant get fresher or darker coffee then their dark brew, trust me. You can always trust a man that loves his coffee black, which is also what i recommend you do drink black coffee.

I have never had a problem until today. Coffee is great and the workers are friendly. Unfortunately, today I ordered my coffee, the worker made it and I went to give him my card and THEN he stated the machine was not working. I had no cash on me… And he didn’t just give me my coffee. He was pretty rude about it too. I really liked stopping here but now, I don’t think I will anymore…

I’m literally sitting in the parking lot eating this ridiculously fresh donut and felt like I had to write this review because I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a donut this fresh before. And my strawberry coolatta is made PERFECTLY. not too much ice, not too much syrup. LOVE this Dunkin!!!

Food is pretty good, and the coffee is always well brewed, but everything is greatly overpriced.
Service is also terribly SLOW, and the workers are very unpleasant here.

Hands down worst service I’ve ever had at a dunkin donuts. Granted it’s not exactly gourmet but they make you wait wait wait. I live in the area so unfortunately if I’m in the mood for double d’s I have no alternative
