I’ve brought my laptops (used for business) and my wife’s and son’s laptops into Brian and CJ for a variety of issues. Service has always been great; prices are very reasonable. Personal service is much better than going to office supply stores; big box stores, etc. I recommend these guys to everyone and anyone.

I have come here multiple times for multiple reasons and I have to say every single time was a great experience not only were the guys super friendly and fast but, they didn’t charge nearly as much money as a lot of other places you might go to for the same problem. I got the red ring of death on my Xbox 360 and not only was he able to fix it within a day but unlike any where else he gave me a 3 month warranty on it and if I had any problems he would fix it for free. What do you know 3 and a half months later it happened again. What a suprise but to my suprise in fact he honored the warranty no question didn’t even give me a problem just said I’m sorry we will fix it right away. You really can’t get better then that. I have also brought a few computers here to fix as well and I swear not a single problem. Always cheap Gast and friendly. He even sells his own computers that he basically refurbished and for a price will put in different components based on what you need. The best part I’ll say it again IT’S CHEAP but you are getting extremely good quality for the price.

Even tho i had to wait 30min to have phone fixed, nice friendly alternative than the jackasses at the mall! At Bergen Town Center, the guy wanted $ 75 and 45 min to fix an iPhone 4s screen. Mind you, i had it fixed in Williamsburg this summer in 10min for $ 40…but i am all about supporting local business! Ty ty ty!
