Great, inventive and unique menu of greasy food, perfect after or during a night of drinking. I really enjoyed the desi taco’s, the vegetable samosas, schwarma and their house sauce which I dipped my fries into. I love halal food carts and this is a great option, reasonably priced with generous portions(I’m a healthy eater) I would give have given this five stars but have been incredibly disappointed with their seamless delivery service. They always call to substitute items and often don’t have the samosas left or won’t have turkey but will have lamb etc(all substitutes have been delicious). Also they confirmed an order and didn’t show up or answer any calls or tell anyone they were going to cancel without advising. They are a little unreliable but always very sweet on the phone and the delivery is very polite and nice.

This place is aswome. They got great tacos, fried chicken, but their best item is the chicken twister. This place will make you wanna eat everything on the menu. The dining area is very spacious. Def. Gotta try this spot out.

Best place to get fried chicken and Mexican food. Their food is top notch, similar to what you’d get at Taco Bell or KFC only fresher and higher quality. Definitely recommend.

They didn’t deliver my seamless order. 1 star for ruining my night and not delivering the food I ordered.

Definitely worth the money, delivery took one hour but I ordered from faraway. I ordered 2 platters, one lamb and the other chicken, each being 8 dollars. I highly recommend the lamb biryani platter over its chicken counterpart. The lamb meat itself is delicious and greasy, but the chicken was dry but somewhat enjoyable. Comparably, the cooks give you less lamb protein than chicken protein, but the lamb platter is still freaking good. They season their rice with peppercorns and cilantro, so you get a nice little crunch with every bite and compliments the protein very well. The salad was fresh enough for my taste buds and they drop a chunk of random white sauce on the rice. If you want something a little bit healthier than fast food but more qualitative then come here.

If you want delicious and fresh chicken, this is the place to go. They pay attention to the quality of everything they make, and their portion sizes and prices are very fair. I would highly recommend this chicken place to anyone. The staff is also very nice and friendly. If you have not tried Fresco’s, you are missing out!

I’ve been pretty happy with what I’ve been getting. Philly cheese, popcorn chicken, burgers, sandwiches, etc. All good! I’ve I can’t help but laugh at the morons in the other reviews that think there is irony in Desi food having beef. Also, «is he Indian or Muslim?». That is by far one of the stupidest things I have read on the internet that was meant in a serious tone.

This one is going to be short. Food was amazing, price was great, and it was fast. Just try for a quick pick up food. I wish I loved closer.

**UPDATE: Try their cheesesteak sandwich. Phenomenal. The peppers are fresh and crisp, the meat is large and plentiful, and the cheese melds perfectly with the flavors in this sandwich. I was blown away. They stepped up their cheesesteak game, will definitely be getting that in the future.** If you live in Bergen County or just driving through, this place is the number 1 spot for burgers, fried chicken, and hardshell tacos! Their hamburgers are pretty sizeable and full of flavor. Patties are not frozen. The fried chicken is what fried chicken is supposed to be: CRISPY and bursting with flavor on the outside, fresh and deliciously moist and juicy on the inside. I am totally in love with their hardshell beef tacos. It’s what a straight no-nonsense taco should be, simple yet fresh ingredients, coming together to form a hearty meal. You have to try it. Their menu may seem like its all over the place, but they make it work really well and the food is excellent. This place all day, every day.

Regardless of what type of food I’m in the mood for, this place hits the spot. My personal favorites are the bbq chicken wings and the italian chicken subs. Philly cheese steak is really well done also. Haven’t tried but heard the taco’s are nice too. It is one of Bergenfield’s hidden treasures. Love coming in here and talking with the owner. He’s a really cool guy, really friendly and talkative and really wants you to have good food. It’s not a gourmet place, but if youre looking for some fresh, tasty fried chicken or if youre a halal eater, then this is a good spot for you. Plus the prices are very affordable. I travel around a lot but I’m always looking for a good sandwich mom n pop corner shop to eat some good food, and this is it.

One of Bergenfield’s best keep secrets. Fresco Fried Chicken sits on the corner and always has customers in and out. My cousin introduced me to this place because she was in love with their tacos. Then I got hooked on their chicken biryani. I’ve tried many different kinds, and this is hands down the best. There’s also so much food when I order it! Their food is well priced and they always give you your money’s worth. I can get tacos, chicken, and rice platters here, and I know they use the best ingredients. This is literally the place I bring all of my family and friends too, and they have all fallen in love with this place. Also, the staff is very hard working and if you’re in there a couple times, the owner begins to know you. It’s a great family owned business and I’d give them my business over any generic business any day. Definitely check this place out if you’re in the area!

This was an interesting little spot I found taking a walk down Washington Ave. The owner of the place is young, inherited it from his dad apparently. He was quite talkative and friendly, explaining anything on the menu I asked about. My first question? Is he Indian or a Muslim? Everything on the menu is halal, yet they have Indian food like chicken biryani and samosas. Quickly answered that his family is from Pakistan. Great explanation. And apparently, desi tacos are deep fried beef and chicken tacos. Sounded good, but i wasn’t in the mood. I love chicken biryani. I love samosas. And I love fried chicken. Ordered the chicken biryani, 2 potato samosas, and 2 pieces of fried chicken. The chicken biryani is a hefty platter of rice, vegetables, chicken, and sauces for $ 7.00. It didn’t taste like any chicken biryani I’ve had at my usual Indian restaurants, but it was good. If anything, it tasted just like the chicken biryani I’ve gotten at some of the carts in NYC. It even has white sauce. Juicy Platters in Fair Lawn would probably lose all their Bergenfield customers if this place was open later than 10pm. The fried chicken came from underneath a heat lamp. Looks like Popeye’s, just not seasoned as well. It was okay, if i had ordered more, they would’ve made more fresh, like they did for the woman who came in after me. The real winners here are the samosas. Potato samosas are 75 cents. Chicken samosas are 85 cents. I got 2 potato samosas and they were great! Stuffed with potatos and spiced very well. A little smaller than samosas I’ve gotten at Indian places but those cost $ 5 for an order of 2. Maybe these are just the way they’re made in Pakistan? I liked them so much, I ordered a few more to go, and a couple of chicken samosas. He threw in some free chicken strips for me too which I am definitely not complaining about. The chicken samosas were good, but drier than the potato samosas which i still prefer. Definitely gonna stop by here whenever I’m in the area.

NIfty little place! I call and place my order and pick it up before I go in for my afternoon/night shift at work. They have your average fried chicken/burgers/tacos menu, nice combination of a bunch of fast food places. Everything I’ve tried from here was tasty, and priced comparably to their competitors(a snackwrap sandwich, $ 1.25, is what I’d pay at, say, KFC). Its also halal, for those who are interested!

This place has an expansive menu full of lots of options including chicken, beef, and more. The interior is slightly strange but the food is good for the most part. The service is nice and our order came very fast. When I went most of the tables were dirty so it wasn’t really a pleasant eating experience. Overall, Fresco has great food and service.
