Liliana is amazing for eyebrows. I went in with my brows totally overgrown, and with no shape. She waxed them absolutely perfectly. I plan on seeing her every few weeks from now on. Could not be happier. Highly recommend!

I’ve always been very pleased with me services. I use Liliana and she is so nice, professional, and accommodating. She provides a great service and someone who is as meticulous as I am she is always willing to make sure the job is done to my liking. However I’ve used other employees there and they haven’t been so nice. Highly recommend Liliana. The front desk staff is also very pleasant. Great location.

I used to go to EWC in Warren, but ever since this location opened I have only gone here solely for the fact that the waxers here are much friendlier and seem to be more experienced than those in Warren. I used to see Janeth, however she is no longer at this location. Now I see Andrea and she is awesome! Very friendly, easy-​going, and makes you feel comfortable! My biggest and only complaint about BH is the front desk staff — CINDY for starters is very cold, not the least bit friendly and very monotone and grumpy in person and especially on the telephone. The rest of the girls aren’t very welcoming and have a lot of attitude upon a clients arrival. I would give 5 stars otherwise, but 2 needed to be deducted for poor desk service.

I got waxed by Lilliana today and she was fabulous! She made me feel so comfortable and she did a fantastic job. I’ve been waxed by many other people before, and she was so much better than anyone else. She was very meticulous and professional. I would highly recommend going to Lilliana.

First time I’ve been to this location. It can be a hit or miss when you’re going to a new place and get the luck of the draw… but I was pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend Janeth. She did a great job — in fact, the best job I’ve ever had by anyone at any European Wax Center (and I’ve been to a few in the area numerous times). Conversation was good and just the right amount — I don’t want someone talking my ear off, but complete silence is no good either. :)
