I have been going to GFP for the last three years, twice a week and working mostly with Tom, Joe and Michelle. When I first met Tom, I told him that I am looking for a personal coaching in my training. I also told him that one of my goals is to work on my weak leg– as I was born with hip dysplsia and had hip replacement few years ago. Another goal is to get stronger, I was never an athletic person, mostly because of my leg. I started to train in my mid 40s, and I wanted to feel better with my self and my body. Three years with GFP and I feel great, my left leg is getting stronger and my flexibility is better. I enjoy coming to train every Tue and Thu, the coaches great everybody with smile, they care and know every person. They have a personal touch to everyone. They also never talk on their cell phones, they are for you if you need their help. In my opinion — if one wants a personal touch, one on one training, GFP is the place.

Gabriele Fitness is not just a gym. It is a way of life and choices you make for the rest of it. The energy is infectious. The team is exceptional. Their knowledge in the fundamentals of the science of the body and techniques needed to optimize you to your fullest potential as an athlete is astounding. It is well run gym that is tailored to each clients needs.
