The only question here is which one is worse? The one in New Providence or the one in Berkeley Heights. They microwave their eggs, their bagels are ehhhh and they only take cash. It’s the year 2015 who doesn’t take credit cards or debit cards? Answer Noah’s. Oh by the way expect to be frowned upon if you don’t drop your change in the tip jar! Serve people with a smile and stop talking to your co workers and maybe a tip would be considered

I walked into Noah’s before the Memorial Day Parade in Berkeley Heights. Ordered a whole wheat everything bagel with cream cheese as well as a small coffee. Took one bite and knew it was stale. Went back in, told her it was stale and ordered a plain bagel with butter. The girl made it up and said«I will have to charge you.» I asked for the manager, who was another Spanish speaking woman and they chatted to each other in Spanish and said I would have to pay. I walked out without a bagel. I will never again give them business. First of all, the customer is always right, secondly, I have probably given them about $ 500 worth of my business already, thirdly, they RUDELY spoke in Spanish to each other without me knowing what they were saying(this after getting a dirty look from one of them). They lost my business. Sam I Am, you will be getting my business from now on.

Toasted bagel was cold since they didn’t turn on the heat part of the toaster. Whitefish was a bit too fishy. Bagel average or slightly below.

Ah — definitely«Meh. I’ve experienced better.» The Unilocal description fits this well. My wife and I came here as we were looking for a quick bite. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had about 6 – 7 tables for patrons to sit and eat at. Not all bagel places have that much seating so that was nice to see. I had a bagel with Nova and cream cheese(and I also added tomato and onion to it, as well). The place wasn’t that packed but the people working seemed to have some difficulty handling the few patrons in there. The bagel itself was decent — I didn’t think it was anything spectacular. With so many different bagel places in the area, I’m not sure I’ll be heading back.

Overall experience was bad. They screwed up my order twice and it wasn’t the best tasting bagels I’ve ever had. Price wise it wasn’t bad but more than I would’ve like to pay for what I got. If you really want excellent bagels go to Sam I Am up the block.

Bagels might be good but don’t get a breakfast sandwich. The egg AND the pork roll/taylor ham was MICROWAVED, yuck. Taylor ham and eggs are not meant to be microwaved. Also — cash only.

Love getting bagels from here. They don’t scrimp on quality. They make um nice and big. My favorite is the sesame or everything bagels. They have all types of flavored cream cheese to compliment the bagels and they make delicious breakfast sandwiches too. The staff is friendly and if u ask they will slice them for u when u buy a dozen or two. I plan on tasting my way through Jersey to find the perfect bagels, but for now this is my spot!

These bagels are ok. I used to love Noah’s in New Providence, but this place is crap. This is why: 1. They barely put any poppyseeds or other toppings on their bagels. Now I may be spoiled from living in the city for a few years, but I want my poppyseed bagels to be black, not plain with a few poppyseeds! 2. They skimp on the cream cheese. I hate having to tell them to make sure they put enough on, but if I don’t I’m always disappointed. I shouldn’t feel like a criminal for asking for a proper schmear! 3. No skim milk for coffee! So I guess this place is on par with what’s offered in the area, but they could definitely use some work.
