I have been a customer for over 20 years when Suzanne was on Springfield Avenue, Yes, I am a regular. Sorry some can’t get an appointment on short notice. However, the receptionist is a doll as are all the staff. They obviously are doing something right or I would not be a loyal customer.

They are lying pitches I have the same problem every time I tried to make an appointment Tina is on vacation then I called and gave them a different name and the receptionist gave me appointment the next day with Tina who suppose to be on vacation They are going to run out of customer and close the business haha the jock on them

Ok so I tried to establish myself as a new customer at this salon as it is closer to my house then my previous place. I’ve had 2 haircuts here with Tina who was lovely and funny and did a great job. The place is very nice and everyone there was nice. BUT, I could never get an afternoon appt for the week I called. Was more like almost 2 week wait(for just a haircut). This last time I called to make an appt for color and there was nothing for 3 weeks! Seriously! Come on. I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait that long. The receptionist kept giving me morning hours and I kept saying, «no, I need an afternoon» finally I said, «Well, I guess I’ll have to look elsewhere» and she said, «OK, bye then». I thought that was pretty unbelievable and kind of rude. I guess they have enough regulars, they don’t need any new customers. Will be returning to my old place. It’s a little further away, but I can easily get an appt the same week. 2 stars only because the lady that cut my hair was nice
