My girlfriend and i stayed at this B&B called BELLAMATTINA and i have to say that the place its perfect! when you want to go to a beautiful, and friendly Bed & Breakfast, Bella Mattina is the place for you! We had a wonderful time. The owners, Ann and Leo made us feel at home in their beautiful B&B. They cooked us eggs, with fresh fruit and sage sausage with toast. The orange juice was fresh squeezed. They served coffee as well, Our second breakfast was french toast with fresh fruit and sage sausage. Both meals were a delight! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone looking for a weekend getaway. It’s a perfect place to relax after a busy week Al & Virginie

The Bella Mattina was an absolutely wonderful place to stay, from everything from the house itself, to the eclectic artwork inside, to the beautiful land surrounding it. It was truly one of the most relaxing environments I have found myself a part of in a very long time. The owners Ann and Leo, were very welcoming and warm,(and make a great breakfast! :)) and their beautiful home was located only five minutes from downtown Berkeley Springs. I would 100% recommend this stunning retreat to anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of nature, wonderful hospitality, and peace of mind.

I don’t usually write reviews but Bella Matina is not just a Bed & Breakfast — it is a tranquil retreat! Ann & Leo are gracious hosts and their home is inviting and relaxing. The surrounding landscape is medicine for the soul. My husband and I have stayed there twice over the last few years and we will definitely stay there again the next time we spend the weekend in Berkeley Springs. Both times we stayed in the Secondo room, which is quiet, cozy, and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and prepared with the freshest ingredients. Ann & Leo were familiar with the local restaurants, spas, and site-seeing options, which was helpful in choosing where to go and what to do when we went into town.

If you’re looking for a gorgeous, serene, and friendly Bed & Breakfast, Bella Mattina is the place for you! Located just two miles from the the main road in Berkeley Springs, WV, this is the perfect place for a weekend getaway. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, my husband and I had a wonderful time. The owners, Ann and Leo made us feel at home in their beautiful B&B. They also have two cats and the friendliest black lab, Izzy! The Bella Mattina has two rooms for you to choose from. The primo and secondo. We had the secondo. There is plenty of light that shines into the room during the day. Our bathroom was located on the first floor, but that wasn’t a problem for us. The bathroom was HUGE, with a jacuzzi and shower. Our breakfasts were delicious! They cooked us eggs, with fresh fruit and sage sausage with toast. The orange juice was fresh squeezed. They served coffee as well, but I had a mint tea that was wonderful. Our second breakfast was french toast with fresh fruit and sage sausage. Both meals were a delight! I would definitely recommend this place to couples or even single folks, that are just looking for a quick weekend getaway. It’s a perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy week.
