We lived here for six months while studying at Cal. A very nice apartment!
We had some trouble with some of the included utilities, but they fixed it right away when we notified the maintenance.
If you’re moving out /​want to find someone to take over your lease — We recommend talking to Milinda at the office. She helped us a lot both when moving in and moving out. If you contact her you won’t have any problems with the office, because she’s really good!

San Francisco, CA
I lived here for a year while attending UC Berkeley, and I would have to say it was definitely worth the increase in rent from the last place I lived.
Positives:
–Amazing view from the 5th floor. My apartment was on the West corner, so we got to watch the sun set over the bay every night. Que romantico. As such, amazing view from the roof.
–proximity to BART. It’s on the same block. Just duh.
–proximity to campus, plus you don’t have to walk through Sproul unless you want to.
–proximity to buses, they all stop at the BART station. Seeing friends in Oakland or up on College is a quick hop on the 51B.
— heated towel racks…
–rooftop garden…
–Trader Joes is 3 blocks away…
Negatives:
–Parking is way expensive. They don’t understand supply and demand for this good.
