I hired them to do both carpet and duct cleaning. Duct cleaning seems to be fine. But they left burn marks on my beige carpet where they apparently left the carpet cleaning machine sit too long. I don’t know if the person was inexperienced or what, but the burn is permanent.
Not acceptable.
