went here with my boss who does comedy. it was really nice, friendly people. I just disliked how the changed from being able to cuss. (the audience was primarily teens) so she had to try and rehearse some old material.

I have been a member of Berkeley Community Media (BCM) for approximately 8 years. I have filmed well over 100 shows through BCM. I am so happy to know that we have a community station that gives us ‘free speech’ — unlike the associated press and other commercial television stations. I am proud to currently be the Board Chair of BCM to continue the success of the station and allowing our community to have a local television station that cares.

there is this show called BIRTHDAY DRAMA and MAN ITS GOOD!
Theres this NEW show MY MUSIC BLOCK TV and you cant get any better than non stop music videos for 30 min! i mean WOW what a GREAT NETWORK!

Final Cut Pro X and much more year-​round! Once you become a member and take some basic courses, you are certified to borrow Berkeley Community Media’s equipment and start making movies, shows, skits, PSA, short films the list goes on-​all with the help of the awesome staff, equipment and facilities of Berkeley Community Media.

Berkeley Community Media is an amazing place for creative exploration! I love that they have this huge TV studio open to the people for filming informative talk shows like Education is the Best Medicine to original bands as featured on Yeah Live to conspiracy theory TV like Better Bad News. BCM is a true treasure in the community!

Fort Collins, CO
Some of my friends came down from Humboldt County today to play at BCM. Apparently, they film and record local bands and broadcast their music on public access television FOR FREE! What a great way to support local talent. I’m all for that! The staff were all pretty patient and friendly with the groups I listened to (and some work for no pay). If I had television, I would no doubt watch some of their programs.
