I went here to buy 2 high end office chairs(expecting to pay about $ 1K). I knew exactly what I wanted, which were right there on the sales floor, and he refused to sell them to me because it wasn’t worth his time and he only deals with large orders? Then he spent 10 minutes telling me all about the various chairs he wouldn’t sell me. I could have handed him $ 1K and loaded the chairs in my car in less time. To clarify and make things easier for fellow Unilocalers, they DON’T SELLCHAIRSHERE.

Very unprofessional operation. I ordered two chairs to be shipped to the store. Elijah said it would take a week or less. After a week I called. It turns out he never ordered the chairs at all. I complained that he should have called me and let me know, and asked him to order them now. He said he didn’t know if they could, that it was not a high priority, that I couldn’t expect him to drop everything for this. I asked to speak to his boss(assuming that spending a couple hundred bucks should at least make me a «priority»), and he said F*** you, called me some names, and hung up.

What a find… If they don’t have it, they can get it very reasonably. Found some slightly used Herman Miller chairs at a great price. My only mistake was dropping in without an appointment. David was very accommodating, but he was consulting a customer who made an appointment so I waited my turn, no biggie… I can’t complain about dedicated customer service, right? I would definitely go back.

About a year and a half ago our company moved. We needed new office furnishings and consultation so we contacted Berkeley Office Interiors. Yvette, their interior design consultant, came to our new office and made some AMAZING recommendations, and made sure everything came together on schedule. Recently one of our employees’ drawers got stuck and wouldn’t open. We called to see if there was a warranty, and the owner David came right out to fix the drawer. He was fast, on time and absolutely professional. He told us he was going to replace the drawer and come install it himself when it came in. Yesterday he came out with the new drawer and had it installed in less than 20minutes! And he didn’t even charge us to come out. If you are looking for fast, professional service, then call David! We wouldn’t recommend anyone else.
