We were fortunate to meet Bita at an open house in Berkeley. When we contacted her to help us on the overwhelming task of house hunting, she seemed to know exactly what we wanted, better than we did. Once she fought for the price that we wanted and we started moving forward with the purchase, she had all the right contacts to make the second step of buying a house much less daunting. As we relax in our El Cerrito home with the stunning view, we realize how lucky we re to have worked with Bita.

Bita helped us through the long process of looking for and finally purchasing our first home a few years ago. She was incredibly patient and supportive as we searched for many months — we weren’t quite sure what area we wanted to buy in, but knew we wanted a fixer-​upper, it just took a while to decide how much we could handle.
