Oh no. I can’t get a reply to an email. I can’t get a return call.
My harp is being built (I hope) and I wanted to make some changes but can’t get through to be able to. For a hand-​made product that is costing close to $ 1000 I am starting to worry.
Their craftsmanship is FABULOUS and I’ll be happy to update once I have my harp but for now I’m a little concerned. Chris, please get in touch!
