Extremely Professional Studio with in a good location, terrific equipment, beautiful light, orchids and most important the team of professionals who work there. Dallas is truly a practitioner researcher with a keen eye to healing the whole body. She deeply understands body structures and movement. I have had more than my share of surgery and PT but for actually learning to keep moving with a disability, Center Strength has been invaluable. I was so fortunate to be referred to the Center Strength.

I can’t say enough about Center Strength– Pilates training. My husband started first, at age 73; I clearly noticed the progression in his mobility and posture after several months, working with Dallas. That convinced me to sign up, despite my already packed schedule. Glad that I did. I’ve worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner for years, now retired. My history is polio, complete spinal fusion, neck fusion. A complicated body that I have a hard time relating to, particularly if viewed via consults by the usual establishment medicine folks. They mean well, but do NOT have a good handle on how our bodies function, EVERY day, in its best way. Dallas and Center Strength gave me a head start(and now knowledgeable) relationship to my «chassis» as well as an inner confidence and knowledge about how I walk about, view my physical strengths, and — I continue to progress on the trajectory that keeps me safe, strong — in optimal health! An excellent resource for anyone looking to live in their best FORM, and –anyone who needs to have rehabilitation …

Dallas is an incredible educator. I own my own Pilates studio and consistently and confidently refer clients to her that live and work in her area. She has in an incredible eye for movement, finding and addressing muscular imbalances, and is incredible at getting folks out of pain. She is kind, patient and has one of the best reputations in the world as an «anatomy guru». There are Pilates teachers and there are Pilates giants. Dallas, with her unassuming, modest demeanor, is a giant who profoundly impacts all that work with her.

They know what they are talking about and you can trust them, unlike so many of the irresponsible pilates and yoga teachers out there. I travel far to go here, instead of going to the place that’s almost in my backyard. That place has a fancier studio, but also has higher prices and less informed staff who try to up-sell you.

I have had such a nice experience here! I wanted to look into Pilates for many reasons, including managing a rib/back injury and a history of scoliosis. The instructors there were easy to get a hold of and I was able to get in for a first appointment pretty quickly. I really appreciated that we didn’t jump right into working out. In the first session there was a lot of assessment of my strength, posture, and imbalances. From there we started working on realigning and strengthening. Better to take it slow and not reinforce bad posture and wrong body mechanics! I was a personal trainer for a long time so I really appreciate it when I know an instructor is taking her time to not injure me! I feel stronger and more stable for it! All of the instructors there are really friendly and you can tell they have worked together for a long time. It had a nice family kind of vibe. Incidentally they also offer Physical Therapy and Acupuncture. So nice to have it all in one place! I am a happy client!

What a nightmare. I was referred to this pilates studio by a friend who had taken a few sessions with the owner, a woman named Dallas. When I got to the studio I was shocked at how cramped and cold it was(I’ve been to hospitals that are more inviting). The heater in the pilates room apparently does not work so needless to say the room is freezing in the morning. During my appointment I overheard Dallas telling a client that she had a bad rash but had found that it was not, as she had suspected, ringworm. I was absolutely horrified! Ringworm is highly contagious and capable of jumping species. I have children, a husband, and a dog, all of whom I could have infected, had I contracted ringworm from this woman. The shocking part was that she had been seeing clients despite thinking she was carrying this fungal infection; which is not only unprofessional, it’s dangerous. She could be sued for infecting a client, and rightly so. In my opinion, the entire business is poorly run, my appointment had originally been cancelled the day before I was supposed to go in and I had to reschedule it for a week and a half later. I am shocked the business is still afloat considering how much they charge, $ 50−70/session, and utterly irresponsible the owner is.
