This is probably one of my favourite Chipotle places. Sometimes it does gets busy but I do enjoy the service and the food is always good.
If you’re in the neighbourhood, get the steak and bring a friend because portion sizes are crazy!

Y’all need to train your people how to wrap a burrito without ripping the tortilla. I went last night and in the amount of time I was there, the girl behind the counter managed to wrap and break THREE burritos (one of which was mine). This location was understaffed and the staff that they did have clearly wasn’t trained properly, as the workers thought it was funny that all the tortillas wrapping the burritos kept breaking.

I usually take one taco on soft tortilla; vegetarian style. They put super tiny portion of rice and beans but when I ask to put more, they do it with no problem. I can’t say it’s my favorite taco but it’s pretty good for lunch every once in a while.
Also, there might be a wait to place an order as this place gets busy.

I received a coupon for a free burrito in the mail, so I decided to see if it was the same as last time I ate there, which was about five years ago. It was as I remembered it: the burrito was passable but not great. With so many better burrito places in the East Bay, I probably won’t make a repeat visit, unless I’m shopping at the REI next door when hunger strikes.

First time ordering my food thru their website. Got my food when i was supposed to. Went there to go pick up but was confused on where to pick up just because they only have one line and I didn’t know where to go. But I just ended up standing behind the next person and I was on my way.
Everything I ordered was correct, didn’t have any issues. Great service.

I was on the last minute and steak was out already. I really really was craving for steak burrito, so I asked them if they could get new steak for me. And, they were very willing to get me new steak without hesistation, or grudging attitude. I really appreciated their service!

I haven’t been to chipotle in about two years but received a coupon for a free burrito in the mail, so I figured I would give them a second chance since the «outbreak.» The tortilla was stale, even after they heated it up, which really surprised me considering the «extra precautions» the company is supposedly taking to ensure their «fresh» ingredients. My guess is that nobody is showing up at their locations and they have excess food that they don’t want to throw out… just a hypothesis… but I was surprised that they still have poor quality food… who am I kidding, they’re a horrible company owned by an even worse corporation. Never going to Chipotle ever again.

I was randomly craving chipotle so I made the mistake of coming to this location. It’s been a long time since I’ve been to any chipotle but this place has the smallest portions of every single ingredient. I had to ask for more rice. Isn’t rice the single cheapest food in the world? Why be stingy?
Isn’t huge portions what made chipotle famous in the first place? Definitely won’t ever come back to this location.

I don’t know why, but this location seems to be the only one who makes the chips correctly.
Everywhere else I go, it tastes like they just dump salt into the chips.
Everyone here is friendly, gets the job done efficiently and with a smile.

So, i came here for a large burrito, the man at the front desk said «hi, its your lucky day, elders get 30 percent off» I said,” IM 43 YEARS OLD ARE YOU BLIND” He responded «get out of my face» Since i was on the run i said «no» He started to say i will get the manager. I said i will get a large burrito with sour crème please. He got the manager (a fairly large man) He came to me and said «don’t talk to my employees that way» I said «don’t hire blind employees» He told me to get off the property or he will get the cops involved. I said fine if i can get a burrito he said fine. So i proudly walked away with a burrito in hand. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to get made fun of.

This Chipotle has awesome customer service. Like all other locations, they need to work on giving more portions, but they are so quick and friendly! However, so fast that it was so hard to keep up with them when asked what to put in my burrito bowl. If you’re coming here to order and take out, this can be one of the better locations to go to!

No complaints here. Great location, lots of parking, nice staff and the line goes by very quickly. They keep the restaurant and bathroom pretty clean too which is great. Outdoor seating also available.

I had no idea this Chipotle existed until last night. Searched for it, and it was conveniently close to my work’s office in Berkeley. Went in at about 7PM on a Monday night and it was super empty inside — perfect.
Regular, run of the mill Chipotle, although the inside is clean, modern, and nicer than other locations. Will probably stop by this location more often. The one on Telegraph Avenue is just a nightmare sometimes because of the long lines.
I usually go for the burrito bowl with brown rice. Half steak and half chicken is a good way to go (they usually give more of each accidentally, hehe). Always go for the guacamole even if it’s extra. Never really get burritos from here — not very authentic and doesn’t do it for me. But love, and always come back, for their burrito bowls!

I’ve been to a few Chipotles, and favor more traditional Mexi, but for a healthy quick bite I won’t hesitate to grab this. The sofritas is a great vegan twist.
At this location, right next to R.E.I., I found the place to be clean, the food fresh, the workers pleasant, the bathroom fine. No complaints at all.

Tables are dirty and never wiped, the soda machine is broken and there is no non sugar sweetener.
The food is ok, if a little less fresh than other I have been to, but place is really badly run.

Chipotle has limited appeal to me. not a fan of the burritos. went for the bowls sometime. limited meat options limits my visits
eats: chicken bowl (6.70)
–nice grilled chicken
–choice of beans, veggies, sour cheese
–fulfilling
–seemingly large portions, 3ish star.
take outs:
–not a lot of taste.
–maybe i didn’t see the salsa bar
–utensils, naplins self service.

It’s basic chipotle:
You choose a burrito, bowl, salad or quesadilla.
Then you choose your meat, rice, beans, salsas, cream, lettuce, and off you go!
Everything tastes good.
This location has a lot of seating.
