Has to be the best coffee in the whole bay area. In one of the best neighbor hoods and great atmosphere. I only gave it 4 stars because of the service. Efficient but not friendly. There’s this new thing in Berkeley — too cool to be friendly. Maybe it’s an age thing (I am not 22) but it’s a turn off. A smile can’t hurt. A real turn off.

Best coffee in the east bay.
Friendly staff, cute atmosphere, wide selection of exotic brews. Perfect for a coffee date or just a quick cup.
