Even though it is after hours and a holiday the phone was answered and a real time of when the job would be completed. I was impressed by the graciousness of all the people I spoke with during my problem.

Cooper & Hawkins definitely aren’t cheap but I was truly impressed with one of their technicians and his passion for his work. Kevin’s diagnosing and problem solving in regards to a commercial freezer problem I had was just amazing. He’s also a super friendly guy and honest to the bone. I’ve never met a better service technician before. Ask for Kevin when you call them. Trust me! The folks on the phones are dynamite as well. I picked Cooper & Hawkins because of their BBB rating and it was a good call.
