Kirsten is awesome. I had several foundation and drainage issues to deal with in my house. In a recent appointment, Kirsten was able to provide sober, knowledgeable (and cost-​minded) recommendations on all of them. She was very communicative before and during our appointment, and I look forward to working with her in the future.

Kirsten and her team have done a down-​to-​the-​studs remodel of our bathroom (before we moved in) and our kitchen (while we were living in the house), and I can’t say enough good things about working with Elliottbuild and the beauty and quality of the final product.
When we first embarked on the remodeling process, friends who sadly did not use Elliottbuild for their remodeling needs were full of questions: «So, how much of a mess are they making? Have they broken all sorts of stuff yet? How many days did they just not show up? How far over budget are you?»
And we felt very smug about our wise choice to work with Elliottbuild, because our experience was the polar opposite of all these horror stories: Kirsten and her team were clean, friendly, meticulously careful with our property, faithful to the budget, and hard at work every day they said they would be there doing exactly what they said they would be doing. The kitchen was completed earlier than projected (really!) and it is gorgeous. No cut corners, no cheap materials, no last-​minute changes or hidden costs – Kirsten does the right thing the right way.

(And a special note to folks who have pets: we are crazy cat people, and we have two elderly indoor cats who were in the house during the entire kitchen remodel. We were kind of psychotically worried about them getting outside, but Kirsten and her team were incredibly careful to make sure they were safe every day.)

They completed gutted my parent’s kitchen and rebuilt it from the ground up on time, on budget, and with great communication along the way. Kirsten even helped my mom design it by combining pictures of what she wanted with Kirsten’s many years of applied experience of what works, looks good, and is good value for the money. The result – a fabulous kitchen that didn’t cost a fortune and was completed, with all the finishing touches, in 5 weeks. Well done, Elliottbuild!!! We would use you again in a heartbeat.
