OK. There is NOTHING more enraging than receiving an item from this manufacturer, getting half way through the assembly, then discovering that several of the parts are defective and render the entire purchase useless. The second most enraging aspect of this is having to cart the several parts and the packaging to the local vendor that carries this item on their website(Bed, Bath and Beyond), a drive of not less that 25 miles. My question is this; who pays for my time and gas? Who pays for my rage? I’m gonna go ahead and guess(correctly) that this item, 41243770/811434011209, Garment Rack, Deluxe, Chrome VDC, has a history of malformed parts and an equally long history of returns. I’m also gonna guess that there has been no corrective action on this piece of «Chinese Junk». I left a message with the so-called Customer Service, as directed by their little flyer enclosed with the product. It didn’t say, «Wait for an answer.» And I simply DONOTHAVE the time to waste on this sort of crap.
