I had a very powerful, heart opening, transformational Hypnotherapy session with Sylvia. She is a beautifully present, calm and attentive being; I didn’t feel rushed or judged when I opened up to her. She listened carefully & deeply with what I presented to her, to what I was saying *behind my words* to connect with what would benefit me most in session. I felt very safe as she then softly held my head in her hands during the experience in a supportive way, which enabled me to let go further into the deeper states of my consciousnesses. She fully honored my journey by really taking her time helping me to visualize the journey and places I wished to explore and open up within myself.
I felt and saw things I never experienced before in Hypnosis which ended with a full blown «cosmic explosion» of information from my higher self beyond expectations. After having this deep emotional and spiritual release, I still feel it, days later now, very open and raw, in tears often — like fresh new cleansing water flowing through my solar plexus/​heart area, the calm after the storm. I feel the aftermath from nothing less than a truly blissful *enlightenment* most only hope to catch a glimpse of. I still can’t put words to it fully, will take time to process, but know I would not of been able to of gone that far with just anyone.
Sylvia is a most talented, gifted healer and I can’t recommend her enough. The wisdom that surfaced from that one session will serve me well for eternity. I worked with Silvia for almost 5 – 6 months. I really did not have any personnel issues; however, I was right at the beginning of my spiritual awakening and I needed someone to guide me through my deep trans-​meditative sessions. Though most of my sessions were silent, Silvia was amazingly patient, observant, supportive and attentive. She was flexible with appointments; and kind and accommodating to my short notice delays/​cancelations.
Beside her amazing healing spirit, Silvia is well grounded, and genuinely believe in the work she is doing. She is very well versed and well trained across many modalities and I do highly recommend her for hypnotherapy, and entity release work.

Sylvia has been my therapist for almost a year and I really enjoyed working with her. I felt comfortable with her immediately when started my first session with her. That was very important to me and I trusted her. I met her at the very hard time of my life and she helped me cope with my stress. I had to cancel some sessions at the last minutes and she always was so flexible and made it some how work with my limited availably and time frame for our appointments. I sought help and found Sylvia by listening to my higher self without even knowing it. Sylvia has helped me get through the hardest yet most peaceful and loving part of my life through hypnotherapy and energy scanning and healing. She is a very comforting and supportive therapist, she makes sure you nurture yourself and that the process is organic. She has helped me identify my gift, not as my weakness or anxiety disorder since she has been helping I have felt very peaceful and I know I have my higher self and don’t let myself go into a downward spiral like I often did in the past. With her support I feel confident in eventually leaving my depression pills, since I have finally found out why «I’m so sensitive and intuitive» and I can channel this into something positive which is helping others. I have found my quest in life and I will keep seeing her because this has been the best complimentary treatment to western ones like eye movement desensitization and reprocessing and cognitive behavioral therapies which do helps but are not complementary like hypnosis. Looking forward working with my inner child and growing my spiritual being to a level I never expected. Silvia without knowing has given me the gift to enjoy life again to not think about giving up like I foolishly have many times in the past.
