I love this shop for its great stuff: shoes, clothes, toys, lunch boxes, etc. I love that they carry local designers. I always find something beautiful when I come in. I even drive from San Francisco to shop here because it’s guaranteed that I’ll find a good gift. However I left really bummed yesterday. I’d found my punch card from their old rewards system — it was *completely full* plus one extra punch! I was psyched! I set aside my afternoon & drove across town, over the bridge, etc & found great stuff to buy as usual. But… they didn’t honor my card. My totally full punch card! I thought I was going to cry. They were nice about it & gave me 10% off but, man. I came specifically because I found my loyalty card. I know that it’s not a gift certificate & there aren’t rules about changing these systems, & I support a local business doing what it needs to survive, but… it made me feel pretty stupid for driving all that way.

Stopped by here today during Sunday Streets. I could stay in here forever — so many beautiful, eco-friendly, boutique products for kids 0 and up. Every corner had something I wanted to buy… Aden and anais, Mimi the Sardine organic cotton coated bibs… what a wonderful place to splurge on my daughter. Customer service was warm and friendly.

i love coming here when I’m in the mood to do some shopping for my grandsons. They have got some really nice clothing. It’s the kind of clothing that is usually really hard to find. I love their prints and quality cotton clothing.

I have been shopping here for a while because I think it’s important to support local businesses. Even though this place is expensive and lacks inventory I continued to shop there. But I’ve finally had enough. Almost everyone who works there is unpleasant and I don’t even think they like kids. They never want to help and rarely even smile. But my sisters experience was the final straw. They had a frequent buyers reward program which we were both part of since we’ve purchased so much from them. My sister had enough points to get $ 25 off her next purchase, which in itself isn’t much at that store. When she went to redeem her points the owner was super rude and told her they had decided to stop doing the reward program, even though we had been there a couple days prior and they were still offering it then. The owner was not apologetic, in fact was completely rude and told her she’d give her $ 10 off instead of the $ 25 she had earned. When my sister told her she didn’t think that was fair the owner responded«I could just not give you anything off». Well, bc of that we have decided to no longer support her business since she obviously cares very little about her customers. I gave it two stars bc they do carry cute yet expensive merchandise.

This is a perfect store to get beautiful baby shower and birthday gifts. The people who work here are always so nice and know how to interact with children. We go here for our shoe needs because it feels like a real shoe buying experience with staff who measure feet and bring out sizes. The selection of everything in the store is well-curated, meaning small but good quality and design. We can always find something just right on sale or on clearance.

I wandered in there yesterday in search of a little cardigan for my six week old to wear for her naming ceremony. Found an adorable, if expensive, tiny cardigan and a few other items. Upon checking out, the woman told me they had a changing table in the bathroom and I could use it if I was in the neighborhood. Score! I went back and took them up on their offer a couple hours later. :-) On the way home, I dropped her pacifier(yes, I am an arrogant fool who only had one.) Went back the next day and they had the exact one we lost– the 100% organic rubber from virgin rubber trees or whatever makes pacifiers expensive and fancy. Not only did they check me out in a hurry because of the crying child, but they offered to open it up and clean it for me so we could use it right away! Adorable store, and extra stars for service and love for a new mama.

I love this store. The owners have a wonderful eye for cute well priced clothing, accessories and gifts. The new store(they moved around the corner) is beautifully designed and allows room for a larger selection of books, and stuffed animals, etc. Having worked in a children’s store in Mill Valley for many years, I am pretty picky about kids clothing and I always find something to love here. Thank goodness Berkeley has a great kids store!

I wandered in a few months ago curious to see what they carried. I don’t have kids but I have quite a few siblings and cousins so I wanted to check out their stock. The layout is a little strange and the store seems almost too small. They had some good brands like Fisher-Price and Ambi and Djeco but definitely a very limited selection. I browsed through the clothes and they are ADORABLE. All of my siblings are above the ages they cover(I think their products stop around toddler age) but man it made me wish I had a baby to buy for. I ended up getting myself a little happy– a very cute Totoro messenger bag. I was worried that it wouldn’t hold up, but it’s done quite well! They also had some cute knick knacks near their(kind of messy) register area. I would recommend their clothes selection but might pass on the books and toys. They were cute, bit not plentiful. Definitely call ahead if you’re looking for something specific.

Really cute, really pricey kids store. They have great quality items, many locally made, but not really affordable. A good place for baby shower gifts. Also, even after I shared that i had three baby showers in the next month, I was completely ignored. And I was the only one in the store

Wonderful little shop, with a great selection of everything. We picked up the loveliest book — My Dog Thinks I’m a Genius. :)
