Can I give these people 0 stars, or negative stars? Where the hell did they go? Faulty installation on roof has lead to major water leaking with recent rain, and now we have interior damage to sheet rock, electrical devices, electric in wall… AND THERE IS NO POINT OF CONTACT FOR THIS COMPANY!!! I am filing a complaint to BBB. There are also issues, that we have found of recent, about initial installation of some wiring and hook up to house. I just want to know who bought their accounts, or who took over-​is it MY SOLAR now that we get bills from them? This stuff is as bad as the mortgage companies buying and selling mortgages. The paper trail seems endless, but we or our attorneys will find ground zero.

I got several bids, (Even from the big guys) and they could not match Knowles’ price. I grew up in Berkeley and I’m happy to support a local company. I have recommended Knowles to two of my neighbors, one of whom has already used them, and the other is is process. I no longer pay for electricity from PG&E. This was a great deal for me. I save $ 250-​$ 350 a month! That’s right… a MONTH! and nothing out of pocket. If you’re thinking about solar, do it… and do it with Knowles Solar.
