Sonya is an amazing phlebotomist, and her cheerful personality will make you smile. If you have difficulty getting your blood drawn, Sonja is your answer!

I must have gone on the wrong day. Atrocious experience. Woman processing paperwork went out of her way to be unfriendly. Chastised my 82-​year-​old mother for not filling out her paperwork when she hadn’t been told to do so. If you’re on your deathbed and can’t get to another lab, go here. Otherwise, take your business elsewhere.

Stimulated by the excellent reviews on this site, I drove all the way across town to this LabCorp office, as opposed to one much closer to home which had terrible reviews.
I confirm wholeheartedly what others have said about this office — the receptionist, Sonya, is a trip. Her joking, «up» attitude is infectious, it made me feel better all day. While I had to wait about 15 minutes until my turn (I did not have an appointment), I never got a chance to notice, so entertained I was with her ceaseless good-​natured verbal sparring with everyone in sight.
The actual phlebotomist, whose name unfortunately I did not catch, had a similar excess of personality and was bantering back and forth with Sonya, other patients, and myself, while dispatching her actual work in seconds. I was so engrossed in the tale of why she was wearing a «boot» on her foot that someone had stepped on, that I never noticed how quickly she drew three full vials of blood from my arm.
Anyway, if you must draw blood, treat yourself to this office. You’ll almost look forward to the next time.

Wow! I went in for a blood test for my physical. Sonya was absolutely amazing. Professional & cheerful. Grade — A plus plus

Went to the lab early on a Thursday without an appointment, and already there was a long line of patients. The waiting room was decently stocked and didn’t have to stand in line for service. Signed in, sat down with a celebrity interview, and waited to be called when my turn came up.
The friendly receptionist turned out to be the same staff member to draw blood. She immediately broke the ice with friendly banter. Within a few minutes we were joking and bonding over both having Oct birthdays and the sizable blood sample was taken with me barely noticing when it was over, so engrossed we were in finishing our conversation. This was the most positive lab experience I’ve ever had, bar none, despite the longish wait at the onset. Highly recommend this lab.

Sonya is incredible! She is friendly and efficient and I will never go anywhere else. Getting labs done is never fun but Sonya makes it fun. Labcorp should never loose this gem of an employee!

This is the best lab I’ve been to. Sonya is friendly AND efficient. I was in an out of there in 10 minutes and she was really nice. I’m never going anywhere else.

After a horrible experience at the Lab Corp near Summit Hospital, my doctor suggested I use the one in her building. The phlebotomist was skillful and easy to work with. He even used special bandage tape that does not pull hairs when you remove it.
I was able to make an appointment online so there was virtually no wait. The check in with insurance cards went quickly. The place is large enough for a comfortable waiting room and there is a parking lot just one building over (no validation, tho).
