I’ve used Laura’s cleaning services twice for my place in Oaktown, and so far so good. They have been attentive to detail, time-efficient, reasonably priced, reliable with communication, and punctual.

My family and I used this cleaning service for over a year. The quality of service was spotty and definitely deteriorated over time. We finally called it quits after the appointment time was inexplicably moved. I was happy to move on.

They spent a good amount of time at our house to clean before we were to put our house on the market. A few things they missed: cobwebs in our family room, fingerprints on doors, food splashes on kitchen floor, dust in kid’s room, fingerprints on family room window. I also specifically asked that they clean the baseboards and they did not even touch the baseboards.
