Review pt.1: I strolled in 15 minutes before close on a Saturday. They were nice, answered all my questions, and took in my front wheel for repair with a dirt cheap quote.
They said they’ll have it ready tomorrow, we’ll be back for review pt. 2. Review Boogaloo

Fast, friendly and very helpful repairing a flat tire. Took time to show us how to do it ourselves. Hella cool shop.

I blew out my rear tire on my way to class this afternoon. Took it to MSC to get my inner tube replaced. Nathan, the dude that took care of my bike, was super friendly and got the job done fast. He found that my outer tire was the cause, and replaced that as well. Total cost was very reasonable for a college student like me. Will be going back if I need anything else.

i dont know jack stuff about bikes except i have one and i know how to ride it; i was honest about that when i took mine in with a flat and a missing bolt for my brake. willy was awesome and honest and changed it for me super fast and the repair guy came out and was able to tell what bolt i needed right away and replaced that too. it was a lot less then i thought sense ive never had to take anything in for repairs before. glad i have a solid place around the corner to go when i need a hand, thanks guys.

Let me start off by saying that I don’t know much about customizing bikes, but no worries! The staff here really take care of you and answer all the questions you have. They give you all the details and prices for everything too, so I never felt like they were ripping me off or trying hard to up sell me. On top of that, they sell better quality stuff here than at other places I’ve checked out AND at a better price! And did I mention how friendly they are? They didn’t judge me or make me feel stupid for knowing close to nothing about customizing bikes. If you are looking for a good place to get a fancy custom bike, look no further! I definitely recommend coming here for all your custom bike needs.

I just picked up my MSC custom bike and I’m so pumped. The whole experience was very fun! Especially for someone like me not looking to spend a few grand on a road bike but still wanting good quality. The price points were on point and I can say that I’ve been impressed thus far from my experience dealing with the guys in the shop. William was very approachable and not pushy at all. I used their in home iPad to customize my bike right there on the spot and the next day it was already finished! Talk about an amazing turnover time. Go check them out… great experience and great customer service!

Just stumbled on this shop as we were walking off Easter brunch. This shop has a great vibe, great service, and a great range of products. A welcome addition to the neighborhood. Follow them on FB or Insta to get info on their organized rides and such.

Just a really cool plays to build a new bike! Or if you have ride, you could change up the colors of your bike to some other color schemes.
I ride my bike everyday and having bike shops everywhere is key for me to get key things to keep me and my lady rolling.
I would love to work with this store on some bike projects.

Happened to stroll in one day with a friend and was greeted right away by Tommy! Through conversation found out Tommy (one of the co-​owners) moved to the bay to open up this shop (original shop in NYC). Tommy and all the sales people I’ve encountered in my few trips were super friendly and helpful. I ended up purchasing my first road bike (which I got to customize all the way down to the bike chain, lol) and love it! They even called a couple weeks after purchase to make sure everything was going well with the bike!
They also have some of their own branded reflective apparel that’s actually pretty fashionable.
