I was happy with their service. They were on time with their appointment. Quick to diagnosis my issue and quick to repair. My air condition runs great now.

These folks came out to give us an estimate for replacing our furnace and ducts. I hope that they specialize in repairs because they clearly aren’t salespeople! They weren’t able to give me a clear scope of work, and their handwritten estimate was hardly legible. The guy that worked out the estimate could hardly communicate with me. Their estimate was the middle estimate of the three I got, but even if they were the lowest, I wouldn’t have gone with them. I had no confidence that they would deliver a good furnace system. I’m giving three stars simply because they didn’t actually do any work for me, so it doesn’t seem fair to give them a lower review than that.
