I contacted Mykah & Robert in February 2016 about selling my home at 7700 Errol. Mykah had represented the seller when I bought the home in 2014 and I saw great value in how she worked for the seller at that time. My decision to hire Mykah was solidly endorsed by more than one trusted real estate contact I consulted.
Earlier today I happily accepted one of 10 offers Mykah and Robert’s efforts produced. They guided me with sensible advice and suggestions through prepping my home over a 6 week period. They quickly earned my full confidence, and I was comfortable leaving California and letting them manage the cleaning, painting, repairs, staging… all of the preparations within a budget we prepared early in the process.
Looking back, Mykah and Robert made a seemingly overwhelming task truly effortless. I have no reservations recommending this team and put them at the top of my list of choices for agents in this market!

I would give Mykah Larkins and Robert Parker 6 stars if I could. I was under contract with a different real estate agent when I inquired at Berkeley Hills Realty about the agent who sold another house in the Blakemont Slide Area in El Cerrito. Mykah called me and then came to see my house. She is incredible knowledgeable, observant, and enthusiastic. Over the next couple months, she provided useful suggestions and referrals for contractors, in spite of the fact that I was still under contract with the other agent.
Eventually, I signed a new listing agreement with Mykah and Robert. They are a great team. They mapped out a marketing strategy and went to work. I found them to be 100% ethical, thorough, and energetic. They kept me well informed, and always seemed to be available. I started to wonder if they ever slept. Robert kept track of the details on the voluminous number of documents. When I needed help moving things out of my house, Mykah arranged for friends of her high school-​age son to give me a hand, and drove them to my house. To sum it up, Parker & Larkins is a smart, professional team that listens to their clients and provides service that is exceptional.

Buying in the Bay Area in this market? A nightmare. Working with Robert? What a dream. Ok, enough with the sillies, let’s get down to business. Robert was available for us nearly ²⁴⁄₇ as we worked around our busy working schedules to see properties, talk strategies, and make offers. He is a hard worker, and earns every penny of his commission. Gave him a 4 because he was green to the biz, so occasionally had to reference other info or his super experienced broker, but by now he’s a pro, having put together deals in the double digits. In just a short amount of time, he has fostered relationships with other brokers, agents, contractors and the like. Can’t wait to see what’s in store for his guy– he’s going places. The only question now is, are you going with him?

We had the fortune and pleasure to work with Mykah and Robert in our house hunt. They are a dynamic duo! They were both readily available via email, texts and calls. Plus they were very friendly, professional and knowledgable. Within 1 ½ months of starting to work with them we found our home! They were able to teach us about the process, the market and provide invaluable advice in figuring out what to bid and how to handle the offers. Having the team working with us was awesome because at least one of them was always available to show us homes, jump on the phone or help with a last minute offer. An added bonus is that they have great connections to lenders and brokers and to service providers after the purchase. We have been very happy with all of their recommendations. In short, you can’t go wrong with Mykah and Robert whether you are buying your first home and learning the process or if you are a repeat purchaser. I’d strongly recommend working with these two!

Robert worked tirelessly for us. We were first time home buyers trying to buy a home in a super difficult market, so we made a lot of offers and had a lot of questions. Robert always responded quickly and enthusiastically. He was happy to go the extra mile for us. I remember one instance where we realized at 9 pm the only time we could look at a house was at 8 am the next day. At totally short notice, Robert came through. He responded promptly to our questions, unflaggingly and patiently gathering and coordinating the endless documents for our multiple offers. He’s a bit new to the business, so he worked with a more experienced realtor. However, he’s savvy: he predicted correctly that our final offer would succeed, and helped guide us through the final process. If you’re looking for a hard worker and an all-​around happy guy, Robert’s your man.

Can’t say enough good things about Robert. He was an A player/​partner in not just finding our home, but also in negotiating our contract, researching resources and last but not least being over the top helpful in moving through the process while we closed the deal and got ready for the move cross-​country. Though he is new to the industry, his drive, enthusiasm, curiosity and connections made him the best agent I’ve ever worked with (and we have more experience than I care to admit). You can’t go wrong!
