I have been seeing Dr. Olesen for at least 16 years. He is absolutely the best! He always thoroughly explains what and why he is proposing. He listens to you. And his staff has been with him for the 16 years that I’ve known him. That says a lot! His hygienist is most thorough. I just hope Dr. Olesen doesn’t retire soon. I highly recommend him.

Best dentist and staff I have ever been too. Staff is so sweet and able to work with you. Very to the point and try to give you best advice possible and cheapest yet best option for your teeth. Early appointments are great 730am so I don’t need to take time off from work! Highly recommended.

No one loves going to the dentist, but honestly, I don’t mind so much when I come here. Jo does a great job cleaning my teeth while also entertaining me with stories. Dr. Olesen is wonderful — he will never try to talk you into expensive unnecessary treatments, but will make sure your teeth are well cared for. My older family members (in their 70s) have also been coming here for years and they all have great healthy teeth!

I have been seeing Dr. Olesen for at least 20 years. In that time, I have had two appointments with other dentists (graduate student insurance!) so I feel I can make a comparison.
The staff here are great! They recognize me and my family when we come in; they ask questions about vacations, college, buying our first house. I’ve never had any issue with scheduling appointments, getting information, etc.
Dr. Olesen lays out exactly what needs to be done, and what doesn’t. After being told by another dentist (that student insurance at work) that I needed sealant on multiple teeth, which would have been costly, I declined the service. When I next got to see Dr. Olesen a year later, I asked, and he said there was no reason to seal all my teeth, given my history.
While he’s not a pediatric dentist, he does do well with children. I loved coming here, and have never been scared of the dentist, in part thanks to him and his staff.
