Robert Duplain, ND

I was relieved to find Dr, Duplain to help me with my difficult medical condition. Initially he sat and listened to everything I was going through, but after explaining my symptoms he became disinterested and condescending when it came time to treat me. As a previous review also stated, I felt like he dropped the ball and gave me misinformation with my follow up appointments. He was not available when he told me to come in, and he hurried me out of the office when I finally did get a chance to see him. His lack of compassion and hurtful attitude caused me to cancel my last appointment with him, even though I had prepaid for it. He showed no interest in getting to the heart of my symptoms, and his version of my diagnosis didn’t improve my health At All.

Dr. Duplain is a truly amazing practioner. He is real, he listens and you walk away feeling better, always. I have been a patient of his for almost two years. I would recommend him highly. He’s one doctor you look forward to seeing. He is pleasant and extremely knowlegable.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Duplain’s for over a year now. He has been a wonderful with me and very understanding. He actually listens! I have referred others to him as well and have had them tell me the same. He has followed up with me in regards to ailments and questions I ask. Easy to talk to, I look forward to my appointments.

I was referred to Dr. Duplain and was sorely disappointed. He spent an hour with me as an intake appointment, during which I shared a depth of personal information which he deemed relevant in forging a holistic approach to my treatment. At the end of our session, he made reference to a remedy he would be preparing for me to help with one of my health ailments, gave me a B-​12 shot and sent me on my way. No mention of a specific follow up treatment or when the remedy would be ready. This was 2 weeks ago. Since then, I haven’t heard a word from him, even in response to a follow up email sent. I find his lack of follow through to be highly unprofessional and feel mishandled, as a patient to say the least.

Dr. Duplain has a wonderful approach to holistic healthcare and a deep understanding of nutrition. I went to him for B-​12 shots and was very happy with the wealth of knowledge and his common sense approach.
