Perhaps he is a good doctor but customer service is HORRIBLE. I got a good referral from another doctor. I called and left messages and talked to the receptionist (2x) a total of 10 times over 4 months. They never called me back. The last time I talked to the receptionist she said «let me check on something then I will call you right back and make an appointment». And never did. A simple no at the first call would have saved much trouble.

I’ve been going to Shane for years for help with my chronic depression and my chronic vertigo. He has been consistently excellent. He is very available; he is knowledgeable; he communicates well; he is accomodating. At least with me, his consistent focus is on getting my meds optimized. He is technically-​oriented; he always gives explanations for the choices he is recommending. And he listens. Five stars.
