Called for a quote on repairing/replacing the power button assembly on my HTC phone, the most common problem with these phones. I was told they needed to replace also the volume button, camera and more, and that it would cost me $ 119. Considering my phone insurance offers me a BRANDNEW replacement overnight for $ 130, they were offering to rip me off. No thanks

OK so after hearing from many friends how great these guys are I decided to check them out. Oh my friggin god these guys are the s@#t! About 2 years ago I traded a hard drive for a broken iPhone(broken glass) I took it in to them and they had it up and running with a great new service(Red Pocket) and a totally awesome working phone. Quick and friendly also VERY reasonable prices these Smartphone Rescue Guys ROCK!!! Besides awesome customer service they are fun just to hang out with. I have written many reviews of small businesses and I know how hard it is in this day and age to make a go of it but this is one place that needs to be kept around for years to come. So if you have any issues with a broken phone you have to stop buy and support yet another great local business. Oh and I hear they are working with a guy who fixes Pc’s & Laptops so make sure to ask them about it.

Rip-off. Try to lure you in with $ 49 offer, then wanted $ 119 to fix my HTC, which is significantly higher than elsewhere. Rude bunch, too.
