No need to avoid this place, just take the time to be informed first. The sales people don’t do a great job communicating all the details associated with a new phone plan.

I actually went to Radio Shack to buy a simple, uncomplicated cell phone. The store is divided now so that the Sprint section comes first, and pretty much takes over your attention. When I said that I was not shopping for a phone plan, or a fancy, expensive phone, the young man there(with the lovely long braid) pretty much ignored me. Soon after, Jasmine(Jazzmyne?) came over to help me out. Unfortunately, most of their phones had been stolen the week before, so their display shelves were empty, except for a few phones on display. I could only«try out» one(a more expensive one) as the others only had a photo display of the phone’s buttons etc.(I have since found out that is how it is in most stores for theft protection). The days of going to a store and trying out a phone, holding it and using, are gone, it seems. Meanwhile, Jasmine was great, unlike her co-worker.

Jazzmyne and Manny Rock!!! All I can say is that I am truly impressed with their service. What started out as what is usually a very long and annoying processing time, that goes with buying any cellular device, but I must admit that instead, I was greeted by the warmth of execellent sales, from one of the best sales team I ever met! And even the phone representative I spoke with was very pleasant as well. Overall I definitely will recommend purchasing your next phone here. Thank you Sprint for having such great people represent your company, brand, and business.
